Privacy and cookies

We use information you provide to respond to enquiries, prepare indicative quotations and arrange building and timber pest inspections. This page explains the website’s enquiry and analytics features.

Information you provide

The enquiry form asks for your name, email, phone number, property details and the inspection required. You can also provide a preferred date, referral source and a message. Please provide only information relevant to the enquiry.

How enquiries are handled

Enquiries are sent to the existing Premise Inspections quotation service, which uses hosted infrastructure to process the request and deliver quotation or follow-up emails. Information may also be handled by our email and business service providers. An enquiry does not confirm a booking.

Address suggestions and property tools

When you type a property address, the quotation service requests address suggestions from its address provider. You can enter a full address manually if suggestions are unavailable. Property Search uses external data sources and mapping services. Review the information and terms displayed by those tools before requesting reports or further searches.

Website analytics

Google Analytics runs automatically to help us understand website visits, call-link clicks and enquiry outcomes. The website’s custom analytics events do not include your name, email, phone number, property address or message. Your form submission is sent separately to our quotation service so we can respond.

Google and other service providers may process information outside Australia. Your browser settings or tracking protection may block analytics. This does not prevent you from submitting an enquiry.

Cookies and browser storage

Google Analytics may use cookies to measure website usage. We may store an internal testing marker to exclude staff tests from analytics. Interactive tools may store their own preferences or working data in your browser. You can manage cookies and clear browser storage through your browser settings.

Access, correction and questions

Contact info@ppbi.com.au or 1300 396 585 if you have a privacy question, wish to request access or correction, or want to raise a concern about information you have provided. Information required for inspection, business and recordkeeping purposes is handled separately from website analytics.

Embedded suburb maps

Some pages display a Google map of the suburb. These maps connect to Google as they load and may process your IP address, browser information and cookies under Google’s privacy practices. Browser tracking protection may prevent a map from displaying; a direct link to Google Maps remains available.
